Description

(Beta Release) Idonium MPS-2 is the smallest and least mechanically complicated single-event 16.7 L/min particulate sampler available that meets U.S. EPA PM_2.5 Reference Method specifications. The typical configuration weighs only 16 pounds, making it perfect for remote deployment, developing markets, and air quality audit sampling applications. The sampler can be optionally configured for PM₁₀, PM_2.5, PM1, or TSP sampling with our complete line of 16.7 L/min inlets and cyclones. The fully modular design incorporates a quiet 50,000 hour vacuum pump module that generates no heat inside the main enclosure, and contains no plastic tubing or hose fittings for extremely low leak potential. High quality flow, temperature, and pressure sensors monitor ambient and filter conditions throughout the sample and standby intervals. This new product is currently in limited beta release. • Internal cyclone station fits our AE2.5V premium PM_2.5 cyclone, WINS Impactor, or very sharp cut cyclones from other manufacturers.
• Most cyclones can be serviced and cleaned without removal from the sampler.
• Sealed modular electronics sub-enclosure with a graphic color display and tactile keypad.
• 24V DC operation at less than 20 Watts of power draw. Optional battery and solar power operation.
• Full data parameter and alarm logging, including the site location and inlet hardware configuration. Easy USB flash drive data retrieval.
