Idonium MPS™ PM2.5 Particulate Samplers

Our new Idonium MPS™ Air Particulate sampler line is a masterpiece of efficient design, and is perfect for remote deployments and air quality audit sampling applications. The fully modular designs allow for easy service and simple mission-specific reconfigurations. These air samplers are small, quiet, low power, and are capable of operation at 16.7 L/min or 5 L/min flow rates with a wide variety of inlet and mounting configurations. Several versions are available to meet almost any particulate sampling system specifications.

47mm Filter Cassettes for Air Sampling

Our FC47 series 47mm Filter Cassettes for ambient air particulate sampling have become an industry standard, and have also been adopted by several other instrument manufacturers. In addition to our standard EPA PM2.5 Reference Method specification 47mm filter cassettes, we make several other cassette variations for similar applications. We also offer lab accessories and a line of modular external filter cassette holders for custom inline air sampling.

EPA PM10 Inlets and Impactor Inlets

We manufacture top-quality EPA-Pattern 16.7 L/min PM10 Inlets that meet or exceed US federal regulations and specifications. PM10 inlets are also referred to as the “PM10 Size-Selective Inlet” or “10-Micron Inlet Assembly” or “PM-10 Inlet” in various regulatory and scientific documents. Our PM10 inlets are all made in the USA, and feature several unique upgrade features. Do you have an existing PM10 Inlet with damaged parts? Of course you do. We supply replacement parts that are compatible with EPA inlets from all manufacturers.

We also make classic EPA PM2.5 Reference Method WINS Impactors and a line of modular mini PM10 impactor inlets with configurable nozzles for several different PM cut-points, and outlet sockets of multiple sizes.

Scientific Air Sampling Cyclones

We design and manufacture a complete line of scientific air sampling cyclone inlets for various particulate cut-points and airflow rates. All of our cyclones are designed from the original scientific studies and design models, and are not mechanical copies of any other designs. We also design and manufacture custom air sampling cyclones for almost any realistic cut-point or flow rate.

TSP Air Sampling Inlets

Our TSP Total Suspended Particulate inlets are designed to exclude outdoor water, insects, and debris from the sample air stream, while allowing suspended particulate through without applying a PM cut-point. We offer several different models for various flow rate ranges and different air sampling goals.

Heated RH Control Inlets

Our self-regulating heated inlet tube assemblies are used to control the relative humidity of the sample air stream, to prevent artificially high PM concentration measurements caused by excessive humidity. These inlets have been very popular, and are now integrated by several other instrument manufacturers for use on the new generation of low-cost and low-flow-rate continuous optical PM2.5 and PM10 sensors. Several models are available with various mounting options and wattages, and they are compatible with our entire line of standard ½ inch diameter inlet stack components, including our mini cyclones and mini TSP inlets.
