Heated RH Control Inlets

Our self-regulating heated inlet tube assemblies are used to control the relative humidity of the sample air stream, to prevent artificially high PM concentration measurements caused by excessive humidity. These inlets have been very popular, and are now integrated by several other instrument manufacturers for use on the new generation of low cost and low flow rate continuous optical PM2.5 and PM10 sensors. Several models are available with various mounting options and wattages, and they are compatible with our entire line of standard ½ inch diameter inlet stack components, including our mini cyclones and mini TSP inlets.
